Scott Dinsmore’s TED talk How to find work you love has clocked up over eight million views. In it he describes the development of the Live Your Legend movement and shares three consistent things he learnt from people he interviewed who love their jobs and work passionately:

2. Recognise the values you embody that dictate your decision making
