Simon Sinek is “an optimist who believes in a brighter future for humanity”. His goal is to “help build a world in which the vast majority of people go home every day feeling fulfilled by their work”, and in working towards that goal he teaches businesses about the importance of inspiring others. He’s written and spoken extensively about good leadership, how to get the best out of millennials within business, and how to get fulfilment from work.

Simon Sinek is the man behind the third most watched TED talk of all time (35+ million views), named How great leaders inspire action. In this talk he explains ‘The Golden Circle’; a leadership model illustrating how it’s possible to inspire everyone to buy into what you believe, which he brings to life with real examples.

The talk was so successful that he fleshed out the core concept into a book: Start With Why.
